Ya It is some of the common problems that every women face. Even i face cramps and irregular periods problem. Cramps are more bad. Since stomach pains a lot like hell. Normally i take pain killers for instant relief or place hot water bag on stomach.

My mother gave me one of those bags filled with rice and smells like lavender. It is wonderful once you heat it up–Soothing and relaxing!
